Celebrating the Easter season with a Passover meal (or seder) has become increasingly popular among Christians. The meal is highly symbolic and brings special meaning to the season for Christians. Plus, it’s a lot of fun, and you can definitely do it with kids. Remember, a big part of Jewish parenting is rearing their children in the faith, teaching them as part of their lifestyle. That is obvious in the Passover meal.
Here, Family Time has put together a short version of the Passover meal, complete with the significance of the different parts of the meal. You’ll want to give yourself a day or two to swing by the grocery store and make sure you have everything, but they have made it super simple to pull off.
Give it a try–I think you’ll really enjoy it. You may join the many Christian families who made a tradition of it!
