Family Time Activity: Chocolate Milk (Holy Spirit)

in Elementary Age Kids, Family Time Activities on 01/05/16

Family Time is a ministry all about offering parents object lessons and activities they can do with their kids to teach biblical lessons. Gold mine. If you go to their website and sign up to get their emails, once a month, you’ll get a free activity to try out in your own home. Here’s a past activity they’ve given me permission to repost.

This one uses chocolate milk to teach about hearts open to Jesus, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. As the activity sheet states, “We need to let the Holy Spirit be our helper so that Jesus may be part of everything in our lives.”

Try it out tonight or this week or this summer, but try it soon. It really is a whole lot of fun!

Be sure to come back and let me know how it went. Did your kids enjoy it? Did you take a picture of everyone with their chocolate milk mustaches? I want to hear all about it!
